• Financial Information: For Users participating in the PlyGram Monetization Program or utilizing our in-app promotion services, we collect necessary billing and payment details, processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

We utilize the collected data for the following purposes:

• To facilitate account creation and authentication.
• To deliver, personalize, and optimize content delivery (e.g., algorithmic feeds).

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) AND MODERATION

As a media-sharing platform, content uploaded to PlyGram is publicly accessible. We employ automated and manual moderation tools to monitor UGC. We reserve the right to retain, review, and delete any content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable laws.

5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your information strictly under the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: To authorized third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (cloud storage, analytics, payment processing).

6. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTED CONTENT

We display advertisements within the PlyGram app through a combination of our native in-app promotion features and third-party ad networks.

• In-App Promotions (Custom Ads): PlyGram allows users to promote their own content natively on the platform. We may use your in-app activity and preferences to show you relevant promoted content. However, your personal data is never shared with the users running these promotions.
• Third-Party Ads (Google AdMob): We also use Google AdMob as our primary third-party advertising partner. 8. ACCOUNT DELETION

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data.

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the PlyGram App by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Web/Email Request: If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at kumarsharma2580@gmail.com with your registered email address and the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 48 hours.
